This privacy policy sets out how HOUSE OF WELLS uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website.  HOUSE OF WELLS is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you.  Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK. You may also visit our site anonymously.

  • HOUSE OF WELLS use Mailchimp platform (an external organisation) to send our Newsletters, Fundraising campaign information and other important communication emails.

The information you provide to us will be held on password-protected computers and may be accessed by or given to authorised staff members and associated corporations who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you. Those parties process information, fulfill and deliver orders and provide support services on our behalf.   Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential.  It is never sold, given away, or shared with anyone, unless we’re required to by law.

After notice from you, we will take reasonable steps to correct any of your information which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. If you wish to have your personal information deleted please let us know and we will delete that information wherever practicable. We may refuse your request to access, amend or delete your personal information in certain circumstances. If we do refuse your request, we will provide you with a reason for our decision and, in the case of amendment, we will note with your personal information that you have disputed its accuracy.
